Hi,my fellow Mylotters!
I'm the type of Mylotters who usually add "have a nice day" or "have a good night" at the end of the responses or feedbacks.So usually I pay a visit to those who started the discussions or responded to my discussions’ profiles to see where they are from since I really don't want to mix the time up.When my zone is in the daylight,some people here are still asleep or just start a brand new day,so it seems kinda impolite to me to say "have a good night" to them.
So what about you?Do you add this kind of wishes at the end of your responses and feedbacks?If you do,do you check out the places where the respondents or discussion-starters are from?

That is a good idea indeed. Knowing people is easy visiting their profile page.
Actually like you I do not go and check every time when I get a response on my discussion or somebody has added on my thread. I only go and see their profiles who catch my attention, may be through their writing and style of input and if I feel I send a friend's request too.
Nonetheless it is better to visit profiles of other people.

Yes visiting people's profiles is knowing the person's nation and other interest as well.

babyanna is not a newbie... I am quite sure of this... I have had some responses from babyanna earlier too... I think it was a toon face that showed up on the avatar - if my memory doesnt fail(on most occasions it does) - the avatar was a green one...

Well,I admit that it is better to visit profiles of every Mylotter.It just seems a little too unrealistic to do so.And besides,many people come and go here.Sometimes they don't come to this site too often.So...

. I do not look into profiles or anything while repsonding to anyone... I am quite a lazy guy
The only time I am on someone's profile is when I am sending out the FR. And yes, if a friend is nissing for a while, I hop on to find out since when s/he has not logged into MyLot.

It has never become a habit of mine to leave some pleasantries at the end of my posts here at mylot. I'm such a meanie. :(
And I don't bother checking out the profiles or locations of each members here either. I just contribute my thoughts and that's it. Race, age, location or nationality does not matter when you are having fun here at mylot. :)

Hi babyanna,i knew this problem and that why i never use the sentences likes, "have a nice day" or "good night" and etc.
Normally i like to use the sentences likes happy mylotter, enjoy your time and etc. I like to use these sentences because i can use this for everyone from different country.

Hi babyanna, I don't check profiles often unless it's a friend request. Sometimes I could guess where they are from because of their topic or their stand on certain discussions else I really don't mind where they are coming from. I say Hi at the start like what I've done here in order to be safe.

Oo, I never thought about the time thing. I'm a night owl who occasionally gets up early - god knows where people think Horley is. Mars I expect.
I often check out where people are from. Specially when they come out with intriguing comments that tell me they're from a different culture. humans are wonderful beings - all that variety!

Yup.I like getting to know people from other countries as well.Their cultures are so appealing to me.I wanna be a night owl as well,but the net link gets cut off at 11:30 p.m. here in my university.

I do sometimes so that I can properly address. Some avatars are difficult to determine of the OP is male or female. Also sometimes if the Op is asking about something with regards to their country I want to make sure my response doe not make as if though I am addressing both of us from like we live from the same country.
If none of the information is available in their profile then I try to make sure I always include that here where I am from, so they understand there my opinion my or may not apply to them.

Yes, sometimes i check their profile when i found that their discussions interesting but not every profile i found. About the time thing, i never thinking about it i will say night if in my place is night, its kinda fun when we found out that we are in very different time.

1If I find an interesting topic or a comment from a Mylotter that caught my attention, I usually check on their profile. Sometimes, I also need to check their profile to know what country they come from to see if my response would be acceptable in their situation.

i do that sometime just to see how active a user is other discussion started by him
many of them have a habit of just starting a discussion and never comment back and then they would say mylot is slow or not able to earn from starting a discussion
so i just reply to them that to earn from discussion you have to take part in the discussion too by commenting on the response you get
apart from this i visit there site whenever i feel like
but many times i just respond to discussion and move on until they reply

I was kinda like that type of Mylotters before.I am trying to get out of that group now.I may reply a little bit later since I can get really busy with my studies sometimes or just wanna drown myself in watching TV shows and relax.But I will get back to the responses sooner or later.Sometimes I may not reply to every response,but I promise I have seen each feedback.
