I have a problem right now, some days ago, I tried to suscribe to Usenet.nl, because I wanted to do a download, I filled the aplication form but, a window appeared telling me that there were a problem procesing my request, so, I lñeft the thing there, and did the download somewhere else. Now, I find a e-mail in my inbox, and they tell me that my period time is over, and now, I am automatically being charged to one of their service packages. I entered their page to cancel my profile, or comunicate to their customer service, but, when I write my complaint, the sistem do not recognize my e-mail,(extrange, since they find it without problems to charge me), they ask for my password, but when I tried to retrieve it, (remember that I never finish to sign up), they do not recognize me either, and the worst thing, when I call to the number they provide, +378 66809998**, it apears as disconected. So, I wonder, What can I do in such situation?, Does any one else have been cought in this fraud?

Never ever give your online information on the sites that are rarely heard. Be cautious always. Cyber world is not a safe place when it comes your online identity. Research and read first about the site to have basic information if its a legit or a scam.

its usually happen on the internet. So when you enter your personal credit number or and any credit card number don't use keyboard. you must use virtual keyboard at that time. And must have to confirm and contact them clearly before you create any account with payment. otherwise it could happen. Last one thing when you are been charged and paid them by credit then there has nothing solution to get it back. So, look before you leap, think before you leap! that's all.
