Doing exercise can make you much more stronger and happy. I find time to walk at least a mile everyday... How many of you can find time to do exercise and what type of exercise you do? Do you need motivation to do your exercise from someone other than you?

No time for exercising is just an excuse. u do not have to dedicate time for exercising, it should be mixed in your daily life stye, like instead of taking a bus to work, u just need to walk , instead of eating while watching TV, u just need to replace the eating with some stretching is so on...

Yes, having no time is a excuse. But a excuse that your brain can make you beleive! If a person is lazy then his/her brain will make him/her beleive that they really do not have time to do exercise! It happened to me a year ago and I have changed! I exercise everyday... Go for walking rain or shine!

I exercise constantly and accidentally lol. Running after my kids, picking up toys, sweeping and mopping my floors, gardening, and walking. But I try to exercise on purpose a few times a week. On our kinect game or with a video of some kind. I need something not to motivate me but to guide me.

Doing normal stuff is exercise in itself... specially with kids! But when you exercise your mind feels wonderful! I am sure you feel that.. I am a father of 2 kids and I know when you say that you exercise whole day! I like to exercise outdoor... Your mind becomes fresh! Good luck to you for exercise.. If I can be of any help let me know!

Finding time is always hard and so it motivating yourself after work. My wife and I will be starting to excercise today on, HOPEFULLY lol. We need to both be more active. We are going to just run and do some situp and crunches. I will do some pushups and perhapd use some dumbells to work out my biceps. Nothing major.

I used to forget doing exercise or was too lazy to do it in my down time... But that was year ago... I have walked a mile minimum everyday since than and have lost lot of weight but also am more happy with myself.. The key is not to do too many things all at once! You will tend to stop doing everything within a week! Let me know how your exercise goes today :)

Two years ago I bought a health rider Exerplay stationary bicycle and for the first year I exercised one hour per day and although I was not overweight I did so because I have disciplined myself to eat healthy and wanted to add with exercise. In the first 4 months I lost 60 lbs and since have been able to keep it off and lift my metabolism where as now I only ride it for 30 minutes each morning shortly after my breakfast. I routinely without a miss do so and enjoy it, more so for cardio.

I have always been thin until recently I have gained weight. I always think I don't need to exercise because I am already thin. But I know it is a wrong perception. You need to exercise whether or not you're thin or fat. My form of exercise is walking from the loading station to my office. I climbed an overpass and do a long walk from the office. I also take a long walk when I go home. My colleagues used to have a twice a week 1 hour jog after work in a park near our office. But I didn't join since, my house is the farthest from them all. So I need to go home early.

As you said weight is not the only reason exercise should be done... There are countless benefits for doing exercise. I normally have a good walk about 2 mile during lunch time at my work. It refreshes me for the second half of my day!

I do exercise everyday for about 2 hours. I have actually gained some pounds last winter so I'm trying to get them off, that is pretty much all the motivation I need. It has been a habit now and it's hard if I skip a day coz my body kinda feels uncomfy.

Between school and work, and having to rely on the bus, I have not had the time for anything. I barely sleep let alone have time for a workout. If I ha a more stable schedule, then there would be a better way for me to get one in. I miss the weights, the heavy lifting. And I am feeling the effects of it because I don't as strong (other people don't believe because I am a bull according to them), but there were things that I could do without breaking a sweat, which is becoming a slight challenge. I have to find a new gym anyway because the one I went to was limited on the weights and equipment, which was fine for people getting in shape, but would get boring for a musclebound monster. I miss the reaction of a good day when I had a good pump (when it was good, my clothes would feel tight, if not torn, and I hated getting in out of the car), I feeling like I was not human. I also like the fact that after heavy lifting how I was able to consume a gallon of milk and water (had to leave the milk in the car in the cooler), without getting sick, and feel the body absorbing it. I used to play football so strength wasn't an issue except for me because I never felt strong enough though I couldn't never play on a team for being too strong. This time, when I go back, my goal is to become a milk chugging, bus pulling, metal bending beast.
