Dance as your exercise

I love dancing. To humbly say, that is one of my talent. But I could not do some kinds of dance move like break dance. Well, I am not a dancer by profession... I just like to dance and dance as the form of expressing myself and my way of exercising. About you, do you also exercise in any form of dance? what form of dance it is (like it is intended dance for exercise or just any dance steps)?

Hi key, i absolutely adore dancing. I think there is a dancer hidden in every single person. I have participated in lots of dancing competitions and i follow all dance programs on Television. While i do my regular exercise, i like listening to music and just randomly dance. There is no typical form of dance that i follow but yes i love doing any dance steps!

Freestyle... Does that count? I'm not good at dancing at all. But I heard it's a really great exercise, you can have so much fun while burning a lot of calories. It's very effective. So just keep on dancing.

Dancing is a fun way to exercise. At my present company, we have this fitness program after office hours and those who registered may choose among the ff or even attend to all of these: aerobics, yoga, jazzercise, gym and kickboxing. I enrolled in the jazzercise program. The best thing about dancing is you loose weight while improving your flexibility and dancing skills.

no i can't dance, i love dancing but sadly dance doesn't like me i wish i could, i wish i can, but i just can't .... there were times in school that is is a must to participate in dance contest, my prof once told me if i won't participate i'll fail my subject, i'd rather accept a failing grade than dance and be the center of laugh in the stage .... good thing i come up with another deal to pass my subject even not participating in that dance contest

When I was 10 years old, my dad took the whole family to his company function. That's when I saw a couple dancing argentine tango. It may sound strange but I just couldn't take my eyes off of them. To make long story short, my dad saw me watching them & we had short talk. Then he enrolled me in a class. I took argentine tango for 2 years & to this day, I practice it every chance I get. There are times when I take my girl friend to a wedding, we always do argentine tango to few songs.

I am glad that you can dance the dance and it very modern. I always asked myself whether dancing can reduce the fraction of our weight. However, really and for me it is a kind of exercise. Have a nice day ~!

hey, keyform! yes, I dance both as an exercise and as a job. Well, not really a job 'coz I do it for free. :-) I too have a passion for it and I love sharing it to people especially to kids. I do Hip-Hop and a little breaking. Dancing is my first love but I didn't really give it a serious thought of making it as my profession 'coz it's not really applicable here in our country, the Philippines. But the dance scene here is pretty raw. We do it in the streets since we don't have anywhere else to practice. Well, anyway just holla if you're gonna visit here in the PI. Let's dance.:-)
