I'm used to job stress already, both physical and mental. But what I am suffering now is not just physical and mental but also emotional. I don't get along with my boss and most other people also in the organization doesn't like him. He is the worst boss I ever had, so rude!!! I always get fights with him as I won't tolerate his bad ways. Whenever we get fights, I always get drained with my energy, and this is the worst stress I ever experienced.

we share the same experienced. every time we had a meeting, they're asking my opinions and suggestions, but they won't listen even though i have a point. they mustn't ask in the first place if they won't listen. they are the meanest, rudest boss i know. damn

Listening is a skill and most people do not posses this skill as they love to talk rather than listen. They also don't have the ethics to let people finish first what they are saying, but instead will just butt in and insist what they are saying.

Isn't that just what every job is about? Getting things done, doing everything quicker, faster, move! That's why I enjoy my online work so much better. I don't have to travel to work, I don't have to find someone to look after my kids. I can complete my work when I have the time and avoid the stress of trying to juggle too many things at once. You just need to find a way to chill out at work in the mornings, a nice cup of coffee or tea always helps.
