how would I go about becoming a satellite retailer or hsp with SBC

I'm trying to start my own satellite business and don't quite know where to start. I am a contractor right now, but I know the satellite business is too llarge for one company to get all of the business. Where would I start and which is easier to achieve. Retailer or HSP

You refer customers, they set the appointments and do the installs.
