What do you think about Cashra?

Cashra is a new ptc site. Anyway that is not what I am asking. I don't know if you are familiar with this but the admin of Cashra is the same guy that started Paidum and Buxera. I talked to this guy on Cashra forum and he told me that he sold both sites before they got be a scam. And that Paidum will reopen after Paypal agree. What do you think about this situation, as a online businessman?
