buxezo having bugs? no verification or captcha code?

i recently joined buxezo and it seems the site is quite promising in the PTC industry with many users giving positive feedbacks about it. it's not fair to say that the site is a poor one with just a simple problem, but i'm not really knowledgeable about PTC maintenance. what is happening with the site? i can't log in now and that means no commission from rented referrals. why is there no verification or captcha code in the login page? hope they're not scam..
