Tick and Flea Disaster!!!

Hi everyone! It's summer again here in the Philippines. For other pet lovers out there, I will need your advice and suggestions regarding my dog's problem with tick and fleas. I never had this problem before but since we moved to a new place where there are lots of stray cats, it seems there's no solution to the infestation of these parasites in our home. We clean the house all the time and give our dogs weekly bath. I tried lemon spray and other flea repellant but to no avail. I'd like to know how to eliminate these parasites the safe way that my pets would be safe. Any word of advice? Thanks!!!

hello msenzon,
First don't ever kill the fleas with your own hand you know what i mean if you see one or more just put them in a bottle with water because this parasites will die if they don't suck a blood as Yuro's vet said because fleas blood contains worms there will be a possibility it will spread out which can bring harm on your pet.
Of course you should consult a vet for this matter but as of now i bought Yuro a flea collar which is effective depends on dog's coat, You know those parasites killed our Beloved Scoobe thats why we learn our lessons

The best way is in an environment that is completely contained. Where any pet can be a carrier the best way is dont' let your pet be in contact with other pets that strays to other places. cats are carrier of fleas if it is in contact with dogs it can be harmful.
