They say, it takes 21 days to change a habit. You can switch a bad habit into a good ones with full determination and perseverance. Some people takes longer time. Probably a year or few years and some just within few days. What about you? :) (Or do you ever want to make good changes in life??)

I'm turning in an age where the time I need to be mature, and by that time I should learn also how to get old, enough for being childish and improve yourself. Time is so fast you would not notice your changing. It's ok jacklintan just go with it.

Hi r2john_10, Thank you so much for the POSITIVE respond from you. I'm learning everyday as to change my sleeping habit to wake up early and then spend those time working on things in a better way. It is kind of stressing too because I have to adjust to it and lots of roller coaster emotions but I can't up. Today is the 11th day I'd been waking up at 7am. After that, I will walk in the park for 30 mins the most. I made up my mind to wake up early and I feel it's a good change.

Hi Jackie, And so they say, 21 days. Those 21 days can be a long long time if the good habit is not much fun. But if it is something sinful or addictive, I believe it takes much less than 21 days. So be careful, be very careful which habits we are choosing. I have tried to adopt the good habit of regular exercise for the longest and have yet to succeed. Lol, 21 days? Right!

I suppose it depends on the habit. See I can change overnight if it is a minor habit. As for a good habit it can take some people a life time. I don't have terribly bad habits but I have some odd not so good ones and it has taken me a life time to realize and finally take action. So to speak like a weening process. I have made changes and have failed at them. I suppose it really depends on determination. For one I set my mind to eat healthy, and exercise daily. It took me years to get serious and now I have held strong for 2 years. So I would have to say depending on ones discipline levels and determination.
