paypermails and other non paying sites

I was complaining about not being paid,by Paypermails, and I sent them a nasty( contact us) e-mail .did not expect any response,but to my surprise,I got an e-mail,and get this!they had the guts to ask for more money to pay me. Here is what they came up with!:
Their new rule is to ask for $200 for membership(this is after paying $164 for upgrade)
supposed to prevent cheating!Like paying for upgrade does not prove that.How stupid do they think people are? As they say,fool me once......So I sent them a replay ...You can imagine what I said.I am waiting to see if any other non paying site would try the same thing.Any thoughts?Anybody?

im also a member of paypermails but i never pay for upgrade, yesterday i just reach the minimum payout and request for it. i dont know when am i gonna receive my payment. hope this site really pays =(

I've never tried this company and I don't know if they are reliable, doesn't sound it though. But I never try a company where I have to pay anything to actually get paid. That just screams scam to me. So they want you to pay $364 to prove you aren't a cheater? Right. Don't give them another dime.

I would never pay that amount for a upgrade and certainly not before i had been with the over a year and had earned enough aswell as been sure that they were a genuine paying site but a site that charges that much to upgrade should ring alarm bells anyway,i hope you get a good result but also learn from this not to be fooled and cheated again.
