Corruption is one of the social evils of society. What is main motive behind it? Politicians take bribe because businessmen are giving it to them for getting benefits. Come elections money comes from business tycoons.
Now a days, every individual wants to be rich, acquire as much wealth as possible in a short time and they not satisfied their actual income for example in the exam hall a person is doing cheating and all teachers are seeing these event but no one pay the attention on him because they takes money. I dont know why they do this.
After 60 years of independence our economic and social development is poor and not up to the mark like other countries. It is the biggest threat for our nation. In India corruption starts with politician, ministers, NGO’s are and in the field of sports.
Share your views about this discussion and tell your thoughts corruption is only in India or in all over the World what's the main reason behind corruption. Anna Hazare's steps is good to decrease the corruption because Corruption is like cancer, can be controlled but not cured.

Yes rite my friend Corruption cannot not be cured at any cost but it can be controllable. You said about corruption above are 100% correct, if some body is good in this society, surrounding will make them to change. Then how a person be good at any time. So we all (MyLot Team) wish to be good as much as possible...

GREED!
I feel that greed overpowers and supersedes all good intentions. The more one has the more one wants. Some people are not satisfied with what they have and continue at all costs to obtain more.
Along the lines of greed, there is selfishness, evil and bad intentions. Put those together and you have full corruption.
Corruption is all over the world, some do not publicize as others do but corruption is in our own neighborhoods.
I actually think corruption is worse then cancer, because when a person has cancer they re-think their ways/lives and become better people. Whereas with Corruption most don't think at all, in fact when they get caught they look for ways to corrupt more and not repair themselves, by hiding their guilt.

Corruption is one of the worst crimes, since, in the end, is a crime against the poorest people, who ended, as always, paying the consecuenses. And it is a crime increasing the world over. I don´t know exactly the reason, but I think that both, the one who pays the bribe as well as the one who receives it, has the same blame.

Corruption is an act that has long been known in the world. corruption is caused more by greed and mentally damaged. This should be corrected with repressive measures, namely the investigation, the investigation and prosecution. In general, corruption occurs because of two things. Corruption actually happening everywhere. Even within the most developed countries like Europe, and within the U.S. The worst corruption I ever seen is within the police forces, and they would frame people for something they didn't do. That is evil, you are right, and it is really up to us to discover such wrongdoings and educate our people to tumble down such evil acts within our society.

It is not only limited to india but persists all over the globe, in some country less some more, yes we got independece long ago, if you ask old persons, they will say corruption was less during british rule because the govt administration was very strict..
the present day politicians are most corrupted, spend money , get elected, no qualificaion is needed, for job of a peon thereis some education needed, but for those who run our country there is none, shame!!!
and we say, bharat desh mahan!!!

We feed corruption by he things we say and do. We let it grow and intensify when we sit idly by and do nothing to stop it. As long as we allow corruption to go unchecked, there is no stopping it until it has consumed everything and everyone.

Corruption has always been around. It is just more relevant these days. The world economy is in the dump and people are becoming desperate. The government or governments have always been corrupt. As long as they have all the money thats all that counts to them. With all this technology there is always a way to screw people out of money and keep them down. Always keep your eyes open and always stay informed.

Corruption spreads like a wild fire. Its like Jimmy Hoffa (One Time Head of the Teamsters). He knew DIRT on EVERYONE From your local Judge ALL the way to the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
Needless to say, He went on a car ride one night never to be heard from again. When I think of Corruption, I think of Jimmy Hoffa.
I also believer the Higher up on the ladder You go The More Corruption there is. Man, If Walls Could Talk...
There will always be Corruption, Always Be Bribes, Most Corruption has to do with Money, Power, and Getting to a High Position... In a Sick Twisted Way the American Dream.
Trust me I wish there was no corruption, Especially with Law Enforcement, But Get Over it and Get Used To It.
