finding one's true self is experiencing a little bit of what you hate. Don't settle to avoid it. Expose yourself by doing it. A person's perception tends to change. You don't hate forever, it's unhealthy. Expect the unexpected. What you once hate can turn out to be your greatest weapon. Get the picture? If not, dig deeper. You just can't say that something sucks without trying it, right? Go beyond the things you hate and in nothing develops don't evaluate. Rather than composing senseless criticisms, leave it alone and accept the fact that the thing is really not for you.

yes. at least once a week before i find myself walking for how many rounds. get sweat and some air.. i don't like walking especially when the sun is up. but somehow, i find myself distracted with whatever i'm thinkin or worryin while walking [plus good music] i also eat something i don't like, buy expensive meal knowing am not gonna like but would like to try or buy just for the heck of buying. i just thought that when you do things you hate, you get to understand and understand why you dont like it. cause i sometimes question other people why they keep on doin this and that and these are the things i hate. so i must/have to try it myself and decide if i really [really] dont like it or it just doesnt interest me it's out of sight.

sometimes we have to do the things that we hate doing, in some cases we cannot avoid them. so all we have to do is try to experience it, whatever maybe the outcome, positive or negative result, at least you've tried. there's no harm in trying, instead think it as a learning experience. at least you know how to be in that shoes. Next time, you know what to do and know how to deal it and how to handle it.

I see what you want to convey, I believe it too. It's like getting out in your comfort zone. I hate math before, but I change my mind trying to do it even though I hate it and I find it very useful in my everyday life now as time goes on. Good post!!! GOD BLESS YOU. :)

I'm exposed all the time on what I hate. Finally, I ended accepting those things, many times they turn into something better or that could help me or even change my life. Is interesting to see how things unfold, there are many places, moments, situations, things to explore, good or bad. I'd rather being exposed on things that I hate than avoid them.
