I think it seems like every week, if not every day there is news about fire...What are the causes of this? Maybe one cause is that the houses here are made of flammable materials and just wood and other light materials, and that the houses are also too close to each other.. People should just be more careful because one little fire can destroy hundreds of houses. What do you think can solve this problem of ours? How do we prevent this disaster so no more people would be homeless.

that is right lady. it seems that everyday I am hearing news about houses caught on fire. I think because it is summer and then the electric fans or aircons are working everyday because of the heat. Also, the weather is very dry and sunny. I hope people take steps in preventing fires by unplugging electricity watching out for faulty wirings.

Yes, people with many houses near them should be more careful when it comes to electricity and gas stoves since it's usually the cause of fire... One little fire can destroy dozens of houses.

Yes they should. Too bad amidst all those warnings on television and safety precautions, some people just don't do it. It's usually a candle that causes the fire though, o a child playing with it.

this means everybody must do his and her part in making sure that the gas stoves are regularly checked from leakage and electricity is unplugged.

Here summer has begun friend temperature goes up daily, soon there will be fire in the forests, they are due to rubbing of leaves, wood pieces together, some also set fire to the leaves intentionally in homes too fire accidents occurr in kitchens mainly, some times crows pick burning wicks and drop in your homes, that causes fire too we need to be careful.. Thanks for sharing Happy posting, cheers. Namastey. Kalyani

Yeah, I have heard of wildfire in lots of other countries, and it looks so big and scary. The firemen really had difficulty in putting those out. People should be more careful in handling fire.

Its expected cause its summer. That's why people everywhere in the Philippines whould be cautious enough. Its better to have a hot house rather than a hot house that's burning with fire. We dont want to have that. My house is also on fire these days (not literally) and I hate staying here.

The weather isn't helping at all... even with all the warnings and even commercials about fire prevention many disasters still happen. Our house here isn't so hot though, maybe it is because of Global Warming and so much pollution there.
