have you been late in an important meeting?

i had that experience and all because i stayed up late. it is a good thing that the other person is more late than me!

I can;t think of a very important meeting where I got late. But there was definitely this one time where I was late for an interview and had to tell the interviewer my reasons for being late and even promised that it was just a one time thing. You see, I came all the way from home which is probably an hour and a half drive and got public utility vehicles for to ride at that particular day. I told the interviewer that once I get the job, I do have an apartment closer to work that I am going to live in and being late wouldn't be a problem. Fortunately, she understood and I was given a chance to proceed with the other interviews until finally getting the job.
