Bad Luck

Today was the second time I went to supermarket with him.
I don't have a car, so he can give me a lift.
The first time, we went to the supermarket, he got a ticket from police on our way to there, cost him $273
The second time, today...
We only spent 5mins in there.
because the next store shop was on fire since the 4th minute...

I don’t think that way. I am not a very superstitious person. For me, everything happens for a reason. Why would your husband be given a ticket if he had followed traffic rules? 
I think the fire is just a coincidence.
Try to think about the good side of things. If your husband hasn't been caught you would have reached the store earlier and you might just see yourself in a fire trap. I'm sure your husband will think twice in the future before committing an offense considering the amount he would shed out for doing so. Rather than feeling bitter about a lost opportunity, it is better to count our blessings.

It's all coincidence.
Why do you consider as bad luck.
Don't think negative,rather think of the positive side of it.
It might looks/sounds bad...but don't consider it as yours...
