beading wire trees...sort of?

My husband has a lot of wire floating around now that he is in labs at school. He was looking at it and was interested in making wire trees with my beads at the ends. I found him some Youtube videos and directions online. So not quite what we expected when we sat down to try. They look very easy and yet to get them right I think needs a lot of practice. Maybe a bit more patience then he has...lol. Any other crafter had this little issue where they saw and watched and tried but failed?

I haven't tried to do a wire tree but I have tried things Ive seen in books and videos and failed miserably. But with my failures it makes me strives for me and strive to get it better the next time. The more I try, the better I get.

Many times I will see craft projects that I think that I would like to try and I find that once I start to look at them, I realize that I can't do it without a lot more training.

opinionatedLady oh yes knit one purl two I never could get the hang of knitting but could sure crochet without any trouble as it all made sense to me but I simply could not understand knitting which was sad as there's lots of fun things to knit.it all looked so easy but for me
it was not at all easy.wire trees sounds fascinating. I had a tree form that you put gumdrops on at christmas it was made of wire and stod about six or seven inches tall. sort of cute too. patience and keen eyesight probably lol
