Are you holding onto something you need to let go of?

Yes, I do admit I'm holding on to something that I can't let go of and that's some of my cute clothes. Lol. Well, I'm just thinking maybe someday I'll be slim again and be able to wear those cute attires but then again... Haha... I guess it's time to move on. How about you?

Well yes i also had some baby clothes that i really didn't want to get rid of because i loved them very much actually and i wanted them to be here all by myself. I couldn't let go of them and also my books which were with me since i was 4 years old. Those just seem to bring back my sweet and cute memories for me... I just love all my books, clothes and toys and i couldn't let go of any of them so i just keep them with me only and whenever i don't feel so good i just have a look at them and they bring back lot's of memories! Cheers!

Hi santos mari chris: Same happends to me with a part time job that spends most of my time. I think I need to let go of this and find something better for me but then I have a lot of doubts about the future but life is full of risk so sometimes it's ok to take them and find out what happend. What's waiting for us. If there are better opprotunities we better find them instead of holding onto something we don't need anymore or that doesn't worth it. ALVARO

I have a lot of clothes in the closet and I still fit in all of them now that I lost more than half of the pregnancy weight, but I think I want to give up the clothes that I don't like anymore, I mean the style of clothes like the teen t-shirts, I don't want to throw them away but I want to give them to my young sister, she might like it, if not then she can decide what she wants to do with it.

Well, I can't think of any physical possessions that I am holding on to these days that I need to let go of because over the past year I've been doing a lot of purging of those things that I was holding on to and instead getting rid of them because they were taking up space in my life and in my home. Instead, what I'm holding on to that I really need to let go of is emotional baggage. Since I was a young teenager I've been holding onto emotional baggage and I probably need to see a therapist about it, but that is something that we are not able to afford right now.

Sometimes i think we hold on to something even if it would be a wiser choice to let it go because we feel we have failed in letting go. Holding on to something still gives us that hope to cling to.
