I have lost my Phone

I have lost my Nokia 2700 mobile , my SIM card and my Memory card were all in there , i have locked my SIM card , but my contacts were there in the Mobile , is there is a Solution to get my Mobile or Lock it ? At least i need to Delete all the contacts in that .
