One of my Favorite Cats - Scottish Fold.

Scottish Fold cats come from a barn cat called Susie. She was found in Scotland in 1961.
A geneticist and a cat-fancier started to breed these cats – it looks like due to a dominant gene, if one parent has straight ears and the other has folded ears, the kittens will be Folds.
These cats can have short of long hair and many different colors. They are very social, playful and intelligent and adjust easily to other pets.
I suggest you make a search - there are lots of cute pictures online.
I have never met a Scottish Fold in real life, but hope to do so. Have you met one?

You´re maybe right, a cat normally gives a signal with the ears if it is angry, and the folded ears may look like that on the first sight.
But we know they are very friendly, so I think when we get used to the folded ears, we just think of how cute they are.

I think that ALL cats are cute, tho I find the Folds a bit odd, they are cute... the "ears down" at first look like they might be mad, since flattened ears are a bad sign, but of course, these are flattened forward...
The famous "box cat" Maru is an "unfolded" Scottish Fold.

Hi, Elic Yes, all cats are cute, and the folded ears remind me of newborn kittens.
I found the box cat, and yes, it looks like a Scottish Fold except for the ears but with the round eyes and and the body shape and fluffy tail.
