If more than a year ago someone asked me if I can quit smoking, for sure that i answered; impossible, I can not , I can not give up .... for a while I tried to smoke a few cigarettes but .... function not.
In one day, after I talked with me, i made a decision, i had six cigarettes in the house, I smoked them one after another, and then come true today nine months, I have not bought or smoked any smoke, so it can.
So to me it worked, never say never .... anyway I just had benefits, breathe easier, are saving money, the house smells really good, fresh.

Wow, you really had done a good job. Others are struggling to quit that habit, because they are thinking they cannot do it, i guess it depends upon the mind setting isn't it?... Well done you icesmile, i know you can perfect it...

Good job in quitting. See most people have a problem knowing that they have to quit. It is a long road to that step. Then it is an even longer road to get to the actual step of quitting smoking. Still you got to never say never for anything. You'd be surprised what you can do once you have set your mind to it. Therefore, I think that you never know that you cannot do something until you try. And you really have nothing to lose from making the attempt, especially if it is quitting smoking.

Wow! Congratulations! That's what I always tell my friend about smoking and quitting it cause I believe he can do it cause others can then why cant he. I believe its really possible if you have a strong desire to do and if you're doing it for special reasons.

                    Good job!!!
I am not a smoker, but as a person who can be easily addicted to things, I kinda know how hard it is to quit on something that has become so much a part of you. But, it is possible, as in your case. For some people, it is just a matter of making that decision, and sticking to that decision. And, kudos to you for not once looking back, or faltering. Sometimes, it takes just one mistake and you're back to where you used to be. Keep up the good work!
