Going for the Reproductive Health Bill...

Responsible parenthood is a duty to our children. With the increasing rate of abortion and unplanned pregnancy we should appreciate the effort of the government to do something and put their hands on the matter. Passing the RHB broadens the options for couples and parents to plan for their family. The choice remains with them whether to choose the natural methods of family planning or use contraceptives. It will not hinder the growth of the family but rather strengthen it more by educating the parents to plan the number of their children based on their capacity to provide them with food, education, attention and affection, and other basic needs.

I strongly disagree regarding the RH bill... It is a simple form of abortion. Each baby have the right to live. Responsible parenthood doesn't based on contraceptives issue. God Himself made that new creation, sees the unborn as fully the person He created them to be.God already knows each life before it is conceived. God created life. He loves life. They have a another method that helps them control, the Natural Family Planning that is acceptable only by the law of Catholic church.

I am not so sure where I stand since I don't fully understand this bill. I have heard from the Church all of it's disadvantages and I've also heard from an NGO forum the advantages.. I am not sure which one is outweighing, the good or bad. But i think we need this bill. I just hope they make the right decision and this Bill does us all good.
