Joystick? You don't need a joystick. Joysticks are used in arcade games. But since you are using a PC, you don't need one. Yes, a USB gamepad is the right option. It comes in two designs, single or twin usb gamepad. The single type has analog sticks and good for PC versions of PS2 and Xbox games. A twin usb gamepad has no analog sticks, but you have 2 controllers for the price of 1. Pick the single if you want to play mostly single player games. And pick the twin usb if you want to play multiplayer games with a friend. But if money is not an issue, then just buy two singles.

Thanks man, great info, so now i need to change the topic to game pad for PC :) I prefer playing those game with a game pad, than with my keyboard. I think keyboard is great for 3d shooters and for strategy games and game pad is better for sports games.. Any way now i am using Logitech game pad, and it kind of old and i need to press hard to move it.. i don't know if to buy another Logitech game pad or other game pad
