I realize in most organizations top level management are men. certain jobs such as the army, prison warden etc. are dominated by men. could this be a reason. I would love to know some of the reason, so give me your views please.

hello cgrant, In my point of view, decision making makes men more superior because we are straight forward on it unlike woman they often change their minds and decision which is very confusing and annoying. If you want to lead an organization, your decision must be solid and straight so that your followers knows where they are going.

i totally agree with you. women just need to face the reality and realize that they are not good leaders at all. too much emotion and moods and revenge and spite from them . i have had my share of experiences.

not exactly. my cousin is a prison warden and she is female. my friend in the army and she is a woman. but women are just not fit for certain jobs and they should admit it. the thing is that they always try to compete with men and fail.
