Ca't Link My Youtube with Adsense

Guys, I need your help here. I have a youtube account but it doesn't show me an option to link my youtube with my adsense account so I can monetize it. It doesn't show me a box where I can enter my adsense code. There's the option to link but it only routes me to Adsense Report page.
