Tips to lose weight

Hi all, I've gain a lot of weight in the past one month. I do accept that am responsible for my weight gain because I ate lot of junk foods and drank pepsi and coke most of the times and spent most of the days in Pizza Corner and Dominoes. I seriously wish to lose five kilograms within a week. Can you please suggest some good exercises that would reduce my weight within a week.Am ready to do anything for it. Also suggest some food items to lose weight. I have started eating oats daily morning as some friends of mine suggested it will burn fat and makes to lose pounds. Your suggestions please. Thanks in advance!

Hmm... I can say that losing 5 kilo in a week is quite impossible unless we do Biggest Loser alike workout. But if you want slowly and steady weight loss, here are a few tips; 1. No junk food 2. No carbonate drink or soda 3. Do some activities or exercise 4. Eat less oily food and fats If you want to lose weight faster, eat only vegetables and fruits until you reach your weight goal.

It's been six days so I hope you've achieved your goal, if not I can show you what worked for me, I took a little longer to loose the 5kg. The thing is loosing 5 kilograms in a week is pretty drastic so you should only do it if it is something important and you have no health warnings that may be make it unsafe. Depending on how much time you have and how busy you are you can do this quite easily. You start the morning with a cup of water 10 - 20 min later have breakfast preferably something high in fibre, low in calories, toast, low fat cereal but if you can't give up your fried eggs instead of two have one. Only it 2/3 of your usual portion. Then at mid-morning have something, especially if you feel hungry, have some fruit, yoghurt or sandwich, something small and water. Lunch have a full lunch, if you can, again try and have only 2/3 of your normal portion. Then mid-evening have a snack, something light. For dinner have a soup, preferably a vegetable soup, or salad. If you feel hungry before going to bed have some fruit or yoghurt. The rest of the week follows the same pattern. Added to this try to increase your exercise, if you cannot go to a gym or swimming pool, always use the stairs as much as possible, try to walk the recommended 10km per day, cycling if possible. This does not mean you can't have junk food and colas, but reduce the quantity, instead of having two slices have only one or have a cup or two of water about 30min before eating. Also don't eat until you feel full, but rather that you feel comfortable. Good luck.

The heavier you are the tougher the exercise you must do. So search on the net accordingly to your weight and apply the exercise. Eg. for 200 lbs person you can see how they did in THE BIGGEST LOSER show. And remember to eat wisely and healthily. No more junk foods and coca cola from now on. I am sure you will lose it in a weeks time.

I recommend P90x. you can download the videos online or buy the DVD. It's hardwork though. I'm physically fit but even I had a hard time doing it. You have to stick to it though and dont give up. Personally, I dont deprive myself of my favorite food. (i love pizza as well. I eat a lot of chocolates) But I dont eat these junkies after 6pm. Im not even strict about it like other people. do it at ur own phase. the results and how fast u achieve it depends entirely on you
