My understanding is that it would be best to get a lawyer because their are some legalities you may not understand. Some first time offenders get off way easier with a lawyer. You can call around and get free legal first time visit and they will give you an idea of what to expect and what their fees are. Best of luck.

i won the case,,im innocent,but what te hekkk,,,they say i have to take DUI classes to get my licence back???,,,,what is this....????

Defending under the influence? Well, if you watch enough of these American court dramas on TV, anything is possible. Could start a new series - contact your local television producer.
