I can't get out of bed!

As some of you know, my work schedule is a little different than everyone else's. When I work days, I usually go in at 1pm. But I'm having problems waking up in the morning! I'll set my alarm to wake up at like 8am, because I have things to do around my house. Then I'll just keep hitting my snooze button on the alarm.. and keep hitting it.. and suddenly it's 10am! Sometimes, I'll be in the middle of a dream or something and I'll convince myself (half-awake) that I have to finish something in my dream and refuse to wake up. I'm not too sure what to do anymore. I'm missing out on time I could be doing things around the house. I've set my alarm early so that I don't oversleep for work or anything. I just can't seem to get out of bed!

You must sleep early from now on since you have to do household chores everyday. Maybe you sleep late before night and you should change that. Have a nice day :)

I should try to going to bed earlier. The thing is, if I worked the night before, I don't get home until almost 10pm. Then I try to get online for a bit, spend time with the dogs, etc.

It's the common problem. To deal with this always eat the meal much before sleep. take a cup of tea before sleep. exercise and walk in the morning daily. don't watch movies at late night. don't go to bed much late. drink milk daily in the breakfast. Must have a little sleep after taking meal at day time.
