The left in Wisconsin made the race for Supreme Court Justice a referendum on Gov. Scott Walker. So I guess Gov. Walker won the referendum... and the union rhetoric lost. So now, I guess the left is going to change their rhetoric, denying it was ever about Walker. Oh, and they'll also ignore all other charges of voter fraud, but keep mindlessly harping on the one example... the one that has already been proven to be a false allegation of fraud. It's sad really, if the left had of put up a candidate that was even remotely qualified, they wouldn't have had to make this a referendum on anyone other than their ideology.

You know, I am not going to disagree with those who think the fight is all about union power. It is about the public unions' stranglehold on taxpayer money and the unions are right to be very worried. Their heyday is over. States simply cannot afford to foot the bill for their extravagant benefits. Any union that cannot guarantee such benefits for their members will lose membership. The age of the all-powerful union is coming to a close. Even their effort to elect a partisan judge who would support their position has failed. If a union cannot arrange to get a judge elected, they aren't what they used to be. Their power is already waning and their tactics being exposed in the bright light of truth.
