How to get traffic to my blog?

I have just started blogging, and was wondering how to I get people to visit my blog and get followers? I have two blogs going one called greenbabyeco.blogspot.com and the other one is gardeningfromscandm.blogspot.com The first one is about raising a baby "green" and the other one is about growing plants from seeds, cutting and more... Please any help to get traffic to my blogs... I would like to try to make money from the blogs eventually. Any advice.
