Actually, how do you upload an entire movie to share cash?

I was recommended by members to use this website, sharecash.org to make some extra money by uploading files. I just wonder if I want to upload a whole movie, which it will exceed the 200 MB limit, how should I do it? Even I tried to zip it, it still oversize. Should I break the movie by sections? How would I do that? By the way, since I already uploaded some files, like some freewares, and ebook, should I simply upload them and wait until someone to download them, then I will received my cut of earning?
