Clix-cents PTC, Is It Scam or Legit?

I browsed on internet and found this PTC called Clix-cents. They pay $0.01 per click and $0.005 per refferal click. But, for minimum payout is too big $100. Is this site scam or legit? what do you think? i'm googling about payment proof.. and there are some member earn from this site on forum. Are they real? are you ever getting money from Clix-cents? or now is getting scam. Please i need your review..

Hi nurmala, one of my online friend have reached the minimum payout few days back and now he is waiting for his payment. I will let you know if he get paid or not. Then it will be easier to identify if its a scam or legit.

My referrer on clixcents just cashout $100 But, he upgrade his membership to premium. They pay $50 first, after you upgrade to next level and post payment proof, they pay the rest. I'm still waiting for my 100 too.
