Guys, when we went to Divisoria yesterday, i was able to buy big bottles of imported Vitamin supplements at a Chinese Drugstore. I was so happy because i bought them, PhP300.00 cheaper than from the malls' here in Manila. I inspected the labels and the packaging and they were what i was buying from the mall. The price in the province per bottle of those supplements were twice the price here in Manila malls. So i was really so happy i even got them even cheaper at Divisoria. My husband kidded that they might be fake. What do you think guys?

well like the post above it is not advisable to buy from them. But as an advice, the vitamins supplements they are selling are the ones in price smart of S&R. Don't know if they are the same quality though.

When i arrived home, i compared the packaging and the soft gel. Its very much the same. I will try to take from the one i bought, so i could test. If it didn't make me sick then it's not fake.

I've been meaning to purchase Kirkland Vit. E online but I'm in doubt of its authenticity. I've checked & compared prices. Others sell it at price ranging from 1,200-1,000 and I was surprised that some sellers only give it at 480 pesos per bottle of 500 soft gel caps. My husband tells me that it could be fake. When I checked on the seller's other classifieds, found out that she's selling fake & knockoffs Olay, Dove, Safeguard, MAC cosmetics. they come in big bottles for only 100 pesos. Could it be that the supplements she sells are mere imitation of Kirkland?

OMG, 100 for a bottle? Then, it's probably really fake since she sells knockoffs too. But my sister told me what we buy in Divisoria is not fake. The Chinese just really want to make profit by the customers always buying from them and buying one or two bottles.

We should not experiment especially when what is at stake is your health. For me I better buy the regular priced medicine or vitamins as this is safer.. I have doubts especially when it is China manufactured and bought from that place..

Actually, it's a US brand that i have been using and buying ever since. They sell it cheaper, because i guess those are smuggled ones. I think, the malls gets from them also.

Hmmm i think it May be authentic vitamins, but then if it is half the price, i would doubt at least. Maybe you need to further validate, or if you trust the store where you bought it then it should be fine. Did you buy vitamin c? There are cheap generic ones already and that is what we buy for us here too.

My Vitamin C, is just a generic one also . I buy one bottle for only Php125.00 for 100 tablets. I take 2 of that everyday. It helps me against colds and strengthens my immune system. For my other vitamin supplements such as fish oil and vitamin E i buy in big bottles , with 500 gel capsules, good for 1 year use. It's a lot cheaper that way. We ask our daughter in Manila to buy it for us there at a Chinese pharmacy, because it's a lot cheaper as compared to the malls there and here.

I wouldnt trust anything that can be eaten if they labelled MADE IN CHINA. There are already high-profile cases of toys manufactured in that country that were found tainted with lead. This is in USA where regulations are strict. Here in Philippines, I could just imagine that they dump a lot of their substandard products here, and corrupt government officials look the other way when equally corrupt Chinese businessmen offer them "padulas".

Actually, the vitamin supplement i bought is made in US. It's a generic one at US. It's the brand i have been buying since i started taking vitamin supplements. We just buy them in Chinese pharmacy because they sell it for a cheaper price. So far, i have been healthy and not sickly by taking them.

i think the vitamins you found at Divisoria is worth giving a chance. If you have really scrutinized the packaging and everything then it could be the real ones. I think the vitamins sold at the mall are priced higher because they still have to pay the rent and the sales team they have. Congratulations on your find :)

Yeah, i was so happy that it was cheaper by 200.00 from my allotted amount. But my daughter who used to buy it for us for a cheap price in a Chinese store in Cash & Carry said she would still refer buying it there than in Divisoria. She hates the rigor of going there.
