The New Thor movie

I'm going to see this movie, probably not on the opening weekend. It looks interesting and I'm really surprised to see Natalie Portman in a role like this one, which is one of the reasons why I'm interested. Plus, I'm a fan of movies in this genre.

ya seeing any movie opening day its not easy. i have to say that i wasn't shocked about her being in this movie. form the trailer she seem to fit the part really well. i'm just hoping that she dose a good job in the movie. well i just wanted to thank you for your opinion about this movie. have a good day and keep on mylotting.

I'm really looking forward to this movie. This, along with 'X-Men: First Class' are my two most anticipated superhero flicks this year. I was a bit concerned when they first announced it. Thor isn't exactly the first Marvel Comics character that pops to mind when you think of heroes that should have movies made about them. And there was always the risk that it would descend into something really hokey and camp.
But when I find out that Kenneth Branagh was directing, I had more confidence. Branagh's done a lot of Shakespeare, and Thor is the most Shakespearean of all the Marvel characters, bar none. The family dynamics of Asgard are a perfect set up for a fantastic film, as long as the script creates characters the audience can relate to. From what I've seen of the trailers, it looks like a great movie to watch.
I hope it gets strong box office support, though I'm not sure how Thor will fare against better-known comic book heroes like Captain America and Green Lantern. I guess we'll have to cross our fingers and wait and see.

ya i know. i saw the trailer for the x-men first class and that one too looks good. its seems like their make a lot of movies based on comic books now. they must be running out of ideas for movies now. well thanks again for taking the time to give me your opinion about this movie. have a good day and keep on mylotting.

looking forward to this movie as well sisco 100.
the trailer is really good and i bet the movie will just be great. those special effects definitely kick a$$!!! i think the new set of marvel movies, thor, captain america, and others will be awesome! can't wait for the avengers movie to be released. not sure what yer it'll be but i'm seeing some sites saying as early as 2012 and some saying as late as 2016.

i think its the fist one. i didn't know that there was a second one. did you watch the trailer? i don't know if that's the first or a second one. so could you take a look at it and if its the second one, could you tell me what the first one is about and what its called.
