Hello, cheap domain is like dot info, i think like at godaddy it cost 1st year like 1.99 but most people don't use it i don't know why. Then you still have like $17 hard to find hosting for that. Maybe can just use free hosting but it little bit scare because free host sometimes so bad. If you writing blog maybe can just use blogger then use your own domain. Sorry cannot help much.
