Do you haggle prices when you purchase a car or where you can negotiate on prices?
I know if I was to buy a used car, I would negotiate the price because the seller want the most profitable and the buyer wants the best deal possible therefore you have to reach a compromise.
But I also know people who don't haggle prices and they just purchase the price as is.
If there are stores where you can haggle prices, do you do so? I have never really shopped in places where you can haggle prices but sometimes my parents do- at Asian boutiques when they purchase plants and stuff they'd haggle the prices if it costs more than usual.
What are your views about haggle prices? Do you do it, not do it?

Yeah you should cause most people haggle car prices! They put it up so they know people will offer lower and two parties will be happy :)
