Hanging bike racks

Ok, my wife is fed up with the bikes in the garage, so I am hanging racks and drinking beer. Sounds like plans for the evening. So much for grab a bike and ride it. I am now going to have to take it down off a hook like it was stored for the witer and put it back up when I am tired after a long ride. This is like cruel and unusual... Wish me luck
