I should know this but can anyone tell me the difference between CRV and Deposit?
I like to get money for recycling my bottles, and this still confuses me. I live in California, and the bottles usually say CRV for California. So I know I can get money by bringing them to a recycling center, but what about when it says deposit?

I honestly don't know the answer. If you are taking the time to recycle they should pay you regardless of where it comes from or says. Way to go.

Exactly I can't Tell You what that Means but I am in the New York City. The Recycling Law is for 5 Cents Redemption Value per Recycled Bottle or Can. So I Guess
it would be a Value of a Bottle or Can for Recycling. According to California Laws. So it would be a Taxed Fee Paid by the Distributor then Passed on to the Retailer and the Consumer. It Stands for California Refund Value. But You get it back When You Bring the Bottle back to the Recycling Center also called the California Redemption Value.
