My mother is currently experiencing pains in elbow, knees and shoulders, and sometimes her legs, she's not even 60 yet.. So i just put ointment. What can you suggest to relieve her pain?
I got injured, got low grades, got scolded by the teacher and the like. there are just days like that, and we should just remember that tomorrow is another day, a brand new day and we can make it great and not another series of unfortunate events.

Practising meditation regularly might help relieving physical pains, including joint pains. That would be my suggestion for your mother. I have been practising meditation for a number of years now, atleast for one hour every evening after I get back home from work. That very much helped getting rid of physical pains.

here's something she can try. if it doesn't work, it won't hurt her. i'm 69, disabled, ex-footballer (lot of joint pain), with severe sciatica.
3 ounces of serto (pectin used for canning) mixed with 64 ounces of white grape juice, 1/2 cup per day. it's about 2 teaspoons per 6 ounces.
it's worked dramatically for me, and within 3-4 days.
good luck.

I suggest a warm bath int he morning before your mother starts her day. It would help relieve her pain.
Has she seen a health professional yet? It would be helpful to get a consult because there are several reasons for joint pains. It would be good to know the underlying cause of the joint pains to know how to treat it. For instance, I'm only 23 and for the past few days, my left knee is sometimes painful when I'm standing but not painful when I'm sitting or it's not bearing any weight. I understand the reason for my joint pain is my weight (I'm obese) and improper posture.

My mom doesn't really like doing anything like that- but I will suggest it to her..it's for her own god anyway. Thank you for your response.
