That line in the Disney Film The Little Mermaid has a power! Am I right? Please do correct me if I am wrong!
Everyone of us in this world has ambitions, dreams and goals in life! For us to be able to get it, we should try and try our very best! We can't deny the fact that we may fail, but that's the challenge! Everytime we failed we learned a lesson from it!
I admit, I too have tried many times to reach my goals and been down few times. I cried! But that never stops me from continuing to achieve my goals! That even makes me stronger!

Hello bunso!
It's been a saying eversince I was a child,lol! But yes,this motivates me too to continue what I want to do. My hubby is a great example of this,lol! Hubby is not afraid of rejections or failures,what matters to him is his family so he really strive to do anything to reach his ambitions for us and I'm proud of him for being like that.

Although I can't back what I'm about to say, I just don't believe in this. I just think that there are lots of bright people here in my country who wants to go to school or study a certain course but due to financial problems, they can't.
Life just isn't fair for me thus I don't believe in this.

this discussion really touched my heart this day. I really had a hard time dealing with the hardships and trials in life, but then I realized that you're right. We must try and try until we achieve our goals in life.

That is true, nowdays I am finding a new job. It's really difficult for me becacue I don't have much expericene, and my english is not so good. So I failed, failed, and again.
I feel frustrated, but I don't want to give in. I have dream, I must keep on until I get it.

Perseverance is a key to success and hence one will most likely reach his goal if he persevere and do his best. But there are times when we can't get want we want even if we really wanted it and even if we tried hard to get it because God does not want to give this to us. There are times that God has other plans for us so He does not give us what we want because He knows it will not be good for us and he is planning to give something more beautiful and better for us.

So often when we hear these words we don't really listen and heed them. We have to keep repeating them until we believe they can be true. it is all about how much we believe in ourselves and our abilities to make dreams come true. @mtrguanlao (5522)

That is really true, if we want something in to achieve in life we can do it, it's just depend upon our attitude towards it and how determined we are in pursuing our goals, even though we failed sometimes.

That definitely inspired me. I have goals and I want to achieve my goals more than anything in the world. I usually work hard for them, but sometimes I feel tired and I feel that is somewhat impossible and too much tough. This quote shows me that I should keep working hard no matter what, because I'll suceed at last!
I'll be thinking about this all day.

The more times you fail it seems to be the more you appreciate it when you do succeed. If you get what you want on the first time then you won't feel as much appreciative about it as if you tried very hard, put in your all, really wanted it, and then failed. I was just hearing about that on a TV show I was watching last night. They were saying if a man started a buisiness, failed, and then won the lottery he would appreciate it a lot more after failing at working so hard.

you are right...when we want something really bad we must work hard to get it. I know that and I try and try and try till I get what I want...however sometimes it is really hard and makes me feel that I will not be sucessful..
everybody has to try and work really hard on what we want!!!

Yes I beleive strongly that if we want to achieve something in life and that too what we want then its obvious that we should do something to achieve it. When we try we do succeed. But only trying dosen't help, Determination, devotion, commitment and the zeal to achieve it should be there in mind! And it inturn makes us stronger from within!!!! Nothing is more beautifull than to have achieved your dream!

I am also the person like you only. I have also failed several times in achieving in my goals, but I never give up. According to the saying 'Failures are the stepping stones to the success' I am moving forward only trying to achieve my aims.

your said is right.but i think the most difficulty of success is you can't find the real thing you want to do.in a word,you can not find your goal.the process of looking for yourself goal and orientation is very hard.recently i am in that situation.seeing your words,i think i should keep looking my goal.i believe i will find my goal in life sooner or later.have a nice day,edsss17.may you success !
