We will spend a very large of our lives at work.Surely, then,it is far more important that we should find a job that we like or one that gives us a feeling of satisfaction, than that we should seek jobs just because they are highly paid. Money, realization of your potential, realization of self-valus,happiness,a good environment for self-development or .............? What about you? What do you value the most in your work or what do you seek to get from your current or future jobs?

Wok is worship for everybody. I respect my work because my identity is attatched with it. I will show honesty, sincerity towards my work. Pay is not important. Job satisfaction is more important. I will work accordingly.

In my opinion,it is a sense of satisfaction, that is to say, being approved by the leadership, that is the most point to me. In addition, whether the job offer me a great sarary is a signifcant element which cause me to make a decision.

Apart from those that you mentioned, i also value teamwork and my capability to be flexible and well-adjusted to different types of people and culture. I work as a claims analyst in an insurance brokerage firm. It is important that i treat colleagues from other insurance companies or even clients fairly and kindly. There is no telling if you intend to move to their company hahahah! So you better be good and not burn bridges because you will definitely need them as you move to a better career. You dont want your hopeful-to-be-employer to get information from other parties that you had been so rude, obnoxious and rotten.

There are so many things that i care about. The salary, the atmosphere of working.Whether i am capable of the work, whether i can realize my self-value,The relationship between works, the working efficiency, the coordination efficiency between colleagues, and so forth. Among all these things, the salary is my first consideration, the reason is simple, your level of salary determines your daily expenditure, and it also reflects your capability and self-valus.We don't live in a vacuum world,so don't blame me as so material. After all,we are not live for ourselves,we need money to support the family, to show our filial piety to parents,to do something when our friends in trouble. Besides,i also value much about the atmosphere of working,i'd like to working in a company with harmonious relationship among workers, the efficient coordination.

Yes, indeed. Some times, a happy working environment is more important than the salary. I am very fortunate, I must say, to have a very understanding and cooperative work group in the company I am working for. That really makes the job very satisfying.
