My boyfriend and i went for a drive thru and viola! When i opened the paper bag, there was a cockroach in it! I jumped literally from the passenger seat beside the driver to the back seat! It was a fat one!
Would you return it if it was you? Actually my bf and i did return the drinks! We told them we are returning only the drinks because when i saw the roach, i threw the bag. Hehe.

Wow, this is a serious problem and I will definitely do the same thing if I saw a cockroach in my food bag! It is rather disgusting and careless of them to not notice the presence of the fat cockroach in the first place. I would certainly return the drinks together with the food because I don't trust them on cleanliness anymore. I would rather go elsewhere to get my food.

I will surely return the foods and demand for a refund...not a food ex-change.
And i might even talk with the management.
As a customer,we have all the rights to demand what is right.
They must keep everything clean...they're selling foods, the place should be well-maintained.

i think if it's only a thing, therefore, it could be replaced by that similar thing...
but this is food....
therefore, replacing for another item is, hehehe i have no guts and no appetite to eat no matter what hungry i am suffering,
refund is the best answer....
wall for and do shopping for an extra hour until feeling hungry again... and eat at the different restaurant but not the same type of food....
a pizza pie or batchoy will do....

I would have returned it all and asked for my money back. That would be horrible.

I would return everything and, if you had thrown the bag, anyway I would ask for refund. And NEVER AGAIN go there to eat
. Restaurants must have extra care with bugs and the places must be sanitized for every bug.

i am 100 percent sure it was all an accident...
no one crew would do intentionally put a cockroaches on the take out box...
sometimes due to stress or even stupidity, negligence is the cause of the accident.....
and there is an appropriate lessons to receive for such failures....
but its not intention after all...

Thatould be enough to make me want to put down my burger. just the thought of something crawling on your food can you make you stop and think about what you are really eating,. @wiggles18 (2506)

Whoa! That is pretty messed up- are you sure you didn't order one? haha :D
If something like that happened in The U.S., there would probably be a big lawsuit going on right now.
You should have been able to get a full refund, PLUS a credit for later purchases even, for such a thing(My family once got a bunch of free burgers because an A&W gave us only 1 order of onion rings, when we paid for 5 orders...)I'd probably be weary of eating from that particular place again..

First, what I will do is complain at them. After that, I will tell them that they have to observe proper hygiene. Next, I would tell them either to give me another burger (a more expensive one) or I'll ask for a refund. Finally, I can go back inside my car and drive away from the store and I'll never return to that branch (only that branch) again. It's really disgusting to see that at your food.
