recently I found this site on the net claims paid 100$ every week without any investment and fees, I want to know is it legit and reliable? for more information plz go to the website.

If something seems too good to be true, then it probably is. Since you are in Iran, PayPal is not available in your country and you very likely will not qualify.

for the reason that PayPal is not available in my country, I must pay some money so I can have one. but my problem is that this plan really work or not and it is worth to pay some money? if this site work out and paid me, my money will be back to my wallet.

1) If PayPal is not available in your country, any attempt at fraudulently getting a PayPal account would very likely leave you singing to the wind. 2) There can be NO way that any site could afford to pay $100 a week for a 'few minutes' work a day. It IS too good to be true! Forget it!

I went and took a look at it. in a way I think it is worth a shot and if it does not payout in the way it says it does then you could just stop doing it. that is the way I feel about several of the things online that say that you can make money through it. It claims to not take very longer time to accomplish the tasks/goals each day so if it does not actually work out then you have not really wasted all that much time
