Thanks for starting the discussion , am also in your case only , but the problem is i don't have a Graphics certificate and i have completed my Engineering .

Dubai is a good place to Graphics Artist, Saudi Arabia too. Just accept any job they give you - you are still too young, you need to gain more experience. I say go for Dubai, I am a Computer Graphics Designer too, they need a lot of us in place of Booming Construction, they offer from $300 to $500 for starters and once your an expert i know some people are paid as high as $2000 a month.
