The history of the Democrat party is one of overt racism. When they were allowed to run for office in the post reconstruction south they immediately began passing laws against blacks voting, holding office and the infamous Jim Crow segregation laws are all the result of the Democrats. Right after emmancipation, blacks were in office at every level up to Congres...and they were Republicans. Wilson re segregated the capital when he got elected, he was a southern Democrat. The KKK was a Democrat response to 'uppity blacks' who tried to succeed. The Democrats today...have a Congressman who's proud to be KKK. WHY do we let them call us racists? You all need to read Shelby Steele's 'White Guilt' and Angela McGlowan's 'Bamboozled'. Both tell the history and reasons why the Democrats, liberals NEED to keep blacks in a 'plantation' sort of mind set. Martin Luther King Jr.'s character and values needs to be taught to the young black generation. Visit black conservative blogs and let them know you agree and support them. Help them get the word out to the young black men and women of today. We can break this stranglehold the Democrats have on them. That is what we need to do more than carry signs and shout slogans. Educate the ones being lied to.

If only this were surprising. They are doing the same thing to Herman Cain - calling the same names, impugning his reputation and his sincerity. And the liberals think this is okay, because any black person who doesn't think or vote the way they believe black people should think or vote just isn't considered black. They do this to Michelle Malkin, because she's of Filipine extraction and a conservative they continually tweet racist things at her and remind her that she's "not white". She says she's an American. America, where we are supposed to be free to think as we will, hold individual opinions and vote our conscience. Not in the America the liberals envisage. The reason they are so angry is because they cannot stand anyone who doesn't agree with them. How much more angry do they get when the person is someone they believe they own? Yes, the liberals believe they own the black vote, all of it. They believe they own the Hispanic vote. They foolishly believe they own people because they dangle carrots of entitlement in front of them. It never occurs to them that anyone in the class of people they believe they own would not want these hand-outs to continue and increase. They don't believe they are capable of more, they are racists. This is deplorable. You will never see this clip on a major network. They secretly agree with the union protestors who are calling the names. They will protect them from any publicity. And any liberals confronted with this clip will say that it's an isolated incident. But it isn't, I have seen this at other gatherings. And any isolated holder of a racist sign at a TEA Party will be held up as being representative of the whole.

"The reason they are so angry is because they cannot stand anyone who doesn't agree with them." You're wrong about that. They are fully willing to accept differing points of view from white men, especially if they are older and/or overweight. That's where you can see their true racism and sexism. They will never say a white man is "betraying" anything by disagreeing with them, but women and minorities do not have that same right as far as they are concerned.

I live in Portland, Oregon and well the crazy yelling and other things the "left" where yelling is kinda normal around here as the area is generally a left leaning area. Also the area has a far mix of Libertarians but it doesn't surprise me we have several places in Portland that has kick Police Officers out. (Red and Black is one of them) They also are several Socialist/Communist/Anarchist places in the city so it isn't the most friendly for people who is free market people. I was dating a Socialist/Anarchist and well we didn't get along as I am a Free Market Limited Government person.

It is time to abolish all political parties and make people run strickly on what they stand for and what they will do for the country IF they are elected. There should be no mention of party affiliation, religious affiliation or race even if it is obvious. Anyone running for office should have a way of supporting themselves outside of political office, because it is time to take away all the perks of "serving"..lol our country. They should look at it as a true service and not as a career. And just maybe the crooks would loose interest and the racist would also.

Oh I agree wholeheartedly! And they should have to disclose ALL of their life documents and affiliations! If you hold PUBLIC office your affiliations should be made public. ALL of them.

I saw that and was so disgusted. But not surprised. I remember seeing the interviews with 2 black men at the 9/12 rally in Washington. What was evident at the rally was that most white folks came as families. There is little evidence of blacks and hispanics at the rallies, why? Because they don't feel it's safe to bring their families because of the harassment they get. Makes sense to me. At our first TEA party rally here in Cincinnati, we saw the harassment - by ACORN. Now it's the unions doing the same thing.

There was a gay woman who called Rush Limbaugh and said she went to a TEA party rally and work a button supporting Gay Marriage. When asked why she was there she said she was concerned over the economy and wanted to see lower taxes and small government. The man she was talking to told her he agreed with her except for Gay Marriage. They continued to talk about other issues. She wen on to say that she felt more welcome at the TEA party than at a Gay Pride rally. There she said that if you weren't in your face gay you were shunned. There was a similar story by a Black Man who said they let him speak his opinion and either agreed or disagreed with his ideas but did not attack him as a person. A very famous liberal once said that "Great People talk about ideas, average people talk about events, and small people talk about people" Eleanor Roosevelt.
