ever watch moulin rouge?

i was probably on grade school when i watched moulin rouge.. i am not really into musical kind of movies and so i never thought i would like it this much.. but as the movie went on, i was really into it from the start until the finish.. even though their love story ended in tragedy i know their love for each other lives on.. i already lost count on how many times i've watched it.. what do you think of the movie? :)

It was a doomed story to begin with since we can see the narrator grieving but i still watched the entire movie. 
I love musicals and i really enjoyed this too- since they used famous songs and combined them- it was really fun, I even memorized the songs. And the ending was still nice and heartbreaking....

well , i love every song they used. I also liked "El Tango de Roxanne", especially when Ewan McGregor(Christian) began to sing with the big guy- he really has a great and powerful voice.@ofabiania (421)

the movie was i guess 9 years ago?.. not xur.. but yeah, it was already a long time ago.. it was also a long time since the last time i've seen it as well but it seems like i've memorized the scenes because of the number of times that i played it in the past.. :)

Yes! I love this movie be though a lot of my friends did net think this movie is great, i still admire the movie, the plot of the story and the actors! Its a brilliant movie, kind of the first musical that i enjoyed a lot after the sound of music of course.

Dear friend,
This movie is great, those actor and actresses where excellent. Moreover the artistic part of this movie projecting it well dances, moves all in this movie is great. I had watched this movie only once, that too in movie theater. As I viewed in theater I enjoyed its sound effects and watching this excellent movie in big screen was really nice experience for me.

and nicole kidman was just so beautiful in the movie.. especially when she was up and singing diamonds are a girl's best friend.. i'm glad that you enjoyed the movie.. have a nice day! :)

It's a very beautiful story, I love that they used existing popular songs and turned them into a musical. I would never have thought a musical could successfully use Sound of Music, Nirvana, Beatles, Elton John, and the Police all together in one movie. I don't remember what other artists they used, but it all worked amazingly.
