I used to do this. Every time I came to a small obstacle, a small mistake, or some kind of thing that I had a problem with – I would just keep running through the events through my head and have all these negative thoughts, and the problem would seem so much bigger than its should be, and then I would just leave and run away from it. But several years down the line, if you keep doing this you realise that you run out of places to run, the world isn't that big and she's start coming back to the past. And you realise that it's no good to keep avoiding problems, you will need to deal with it in the end, otherwise you will find it difficult to move on to keep coming forward...

hello, If I can run I will because I don't like challenges it makes me feel a big failure and big loser that is why I am scared in everything. I don't know why? and you know what if I failed I used to think that it was alright and then later on deep in myself saying "your nothing out of them". That is why i don't take any responsibility because I am weak, failure and loser. That's what people look at me.

In every challenges we face in our lives we always have to decide either we fight or we fly. There is no such thing as having no other choice rather it is about choosing which course of action to take by bearing with its corresponding consequences. It is making sure that your decision will not be the past that will haunt you.

It gets boring after running so much , you don't see the mirror reflected both ways but when there is light there will be dark , the statement is you have no other choice and it seems that there no dealing with the challenge - is that what you mean? if I ran across the ocean in figurative sense , the sky is the limit , I deal with the challenge first and will open up more choices than run
