Please help me with this error message

Friends when i start my desktop then i will get an error message saying that Reboot the device and restart it again. I don't know for what reason it is asking but when i restart then only i can access my system means i can work into that. But each and every time whene i switch on the system then i am getting the same message. Please help me friends. I will be waiting for your valuable responses. Thank you.

Just get into desktop and go to run command and type msconfig , there you could find a startup tab , deselect all the unresponsive programs you find , you can get rid of the error message
