Do you keep a gratitude journal?

I hear it's a good thing to keep a gratitude journal. To write 5 things per night that you are grateful for. Do you keep one? Does it help you to better reflect on the good things in your life. I personally don't have one. I think if I kept one I would just keep repeating myself basically every night. If you have one or do something similar has it made you feel better? How do you keep from writing the same things over and over again.

I think it's a really god idea to keep a gratitude journal. I'm actually planning to make one. It will help me focus just only on the positive things. And it'll also make me feel grateful everyday for how beautiful my life is.

It is a good thing to be able to focus on the positive. If we aren't careful it's only natural for us to be consumed with negativity. I hope that you are doing well with your gratitude journal and that you are enjoying it.

I have kept a lot of journals over the years but not a gratitude journal. It does sound like a good idea. I did write a short article about all the things I'm thankful for once. It really did boost my spirits to get through bad days just to read it back to myself. My thoughts tend to be different each day so I don't find a problem with repeating what I write in a journal.

Yeah i too use to keep a journal. I really want to get back into it. I need to because it would be nice to have something like this for my children. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
