How often do you think about the blessings in your life?

I think I could reflect more on the blessings in my life. A lot of the time I'm so busy with all the things that need to be done, or stressing about the future, that I just don't reflect enough on the blessings I have. Stress for me causes me to feel like I don't have many blessings or that my life isn't as great as I want it. When I really take the time to think about things though my life is really good and so are my family and friends. How about you? Do you regularly think of the blessings in your life? How are you blessed?

The only reason why I have a spring in my step every single day is only because I am forever in the attitude of gratitude. If one were to look at what I have got and what I have not got perhaps there could be reasons for the ungrateful to frown on my life but I think differently.

I agree with you whole heartedly that gratitude is very important. I think when a person loses gratitude they really loss a lot. Being greatful helps us to realize that we do have things that we can and should appreciate in our lives. Thanks so much for your response!

I feel I am blessed in a lot of ways. Even the days when things do not always seem to be going my way, there is a lot of things God has given me that I feel thankful for, and letting me know just how blessed a person I am. I have a loving husband, a home, caring church family and a relationship with Jesus knowing I can count on him whenever I need him.

The wonderful things you have in your life is really what we all need. You really are blessed and have many things to be happy for. Those are things that provide us with happiness that so many people spend their whole life searching for in other areas of life. Thanks so much for your response!
